Pictured left: Children from the El Roblar community in Nicaragua and Kristina A. Lutes with Jeanne Ross Atchinson. Kids Share Workshops, Inc. brought 30 donated raincoats from Vermont. All the children were thrilled to own their first raincoat. The cloud forest can be very cool and damp, so many children were using garbage bags or banana leaves to keep dry. Many thanks to parents and the Salvation Army in Barre!

The Fair Trade Coffee Trail organizes custom tours in four associated communities of small-scale coffee farmers. In our communities, we offer you a unique opportunity for cultural exchange while sharing in our traditional productive, recreational, athletic, and artistic activities. The Fair Trade Coffee Trail is located in the district of Matagalpa, Nicaragua and is a project of CECOCAFEN and UCA San Ramon.
